Tyto cviky jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed k odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9ho tuku z organismu. A skv\u011bl\u00e9 je, \u017ee je to i docela z\u00e1bava.I z\u00e1bava v\u0161ak mus\u00ed b\u00fdt bezpe\u010dn\u00e1. I to je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d byste nem\u011bli p\u0159i koupi trampol\u00edny p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0161et\u0159it, ale rad\u011bji si vz\u00edt model, kter\u00fd se sice dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale m\u00e1 ve\u0161ker\u00e9 mysliteln\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed prvky.
